Swedish Meat Balls

One pound of ground chuck
one half pound of ground veal
one half pound of ground pork

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup of milk or cream
2 eggs
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of dill weed
1/2 tsp of allspice
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 tsp of cardamom
3 tblsp of butter
1 can (10oz) of beef broth
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 cup of light cream

Grind the meat together twice... Soak bread crumbs in milk for 15 mins. Add ground meat, eggs, onion, salt, dill weed, allspice, nutmeg and cardamom.  Mix well and chill for one half hour.

Scoop out small portions (one inch in diameter or so), place on baking pan and bake at 400 degrees F for around 20 minutes or until brown .

Place in crock pot with cup of light cream, butter, pepper, and beef broth. Cook on low four to five hours covered.

It is yummie!!!!!!!!!
