Roasted Muhrooms

1 pound of fresh mushrooms
1 tsp of Oregano
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
Crushed Red Pepper to Taste (optional)
1 Tblsp of Red Wine Vinegar

Wash and dry mushrooms...Place them stem up on a cookie sheet and roast in 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven, cool and drain off any liquid that has accumulated. Cut mushrooms into half or quarters.
Add seasonings and wine vinegar and toss gently.
Serve as a side dish with meat or fish, at room temperature, or after re-heating them for several
minutes in a hot oven...
